Do you accept insurance for physical therapy services ?

Currently Graham Therapy and Fitness, functions as a cash/credit card based fee for service practice.  Payment is due once services are provided.  The company is out of network with all insurance companies.  However, we provide as much information, documentation and assistance as requested to assist patients in their reimbursement process.
